The 3-track 7-inch vinyl EP, M/6, also included "Across the Universe" and "I Me Mine". Album version. On 26 March , Phil Spector remixed the song for the Let It Be album. This version features Harrison's second guitar solo overdub, fewer backing vocals, a delay effect on Starr's hi-hat, and more prominent orchestration.

This the mini version of the CD. Only 2 songs on it “Let it be” and “You know my name” I checked another CD I already have and it has a number of songs on it. My bet is the high ratings is for the other CD I already had and agree it’s outstanding but the other CD that arrived today (same photo on cover) is a poor execution of same band/5(1).

Starting a CD with Beatles "Get Back" and finishing it with "Let it Be", should say enough, but this CD is a great easy listening compilation. Put in on and just chill out. You will recognize these two tracks (see above) from the Blue Album side two, but that is it. This "Let it Be Album" is unique. Recommend it/5(1).

This solo can be heard on the Let It Be album. The album version was mixed by Phil Spector on 26 March Spector used the 4 January guitar solo, and emphasised the brass and strings. He also added huge amounts of tape echo to Starr’s hi-hat in the second verse, and slightly extended the song by repeating part of the final chorus.
